    At the moment, packages and services cannot switch places in the one shortcode of catalog view.

    You can optionally set two shortcodes like this:

    [ameliacatalog service=ID]

    [ameliacatalog package=ID]

    I'm afraid that we don't have another method to make sure the service goes first at the moment, I apologize.

    It probably can be done with some custom work, but our developers are very busy at the moment, working on some priority tasks and fixing bugs and issues with our plugins, so they won't be having the time for custom work in near future.

    Automatically create Amelia Customer user - its not working

    despite the fact that the option is activated, we do not receive letters with details as written in your description. when creating probing, the user then cannot enter his personal account and is forced to reset his password every time.

    We are also very upset that coupons do not work in full. they are only available for 1 service, but not available for the booking package. why so and how to deal with it? it is logical that for everything they should work.

    thank you for contacting back!

    To make the correspondence easier, and more efficient, please make sure in the future to send a separate ticket for a separate issue.

    Does the client receive the Login email from WordPress once they complete the booking? Is this tested with a real client or by the administrators of the site; if it's administrators, please make sure to log out of your Admin WordPress account (best way to test it is in incognito mode), and that email used to register the customer has not been previously used (this email not to exist in Amelia > Customers). Please let me know.

    Coupons cannot be used for Packages at the moment, I'm afraid, as Packages already have an option to be automatically discounted during creation (either be offered by the full price of services, or offered with a custom price).

    Once the appointment is cancelled, refund would need to be issued to the client trough your Stripe account; as Amelia does not save customer payment information (which makes her GDPR compliant), so it wouldn't be able to automatically refund the client upon cancellation. To make it easier to manage, you can add placeholders into Amelia > Settings > Payments > Stripe > Metadata and Description field, so that customer information is sent to Stripe upon booking. In this way, when you go to your Stripe account, you will know which customer exactly to refund:

    I would be glad to create separate tickets for different questions - but we receive an answer from you only once a day, so I am writing in one.

    The client bought a package for 5 lessons - and he wants to cancel them and get the money back. In the user's personal account, you can see only the ability to add a reservation, but there is no way to cancel it if it was purchased in a package. How to be?

    Sorry for the delay, we handle tickets in the order in which they arrive.

    At the moment, purchased packages can't be canceled by the customer, but this will be changed with the update that's scheduled to be released on Monday (hopefully it won't be delayed).

    So, it won't be possible to cancel the package for another 3 dayssmile.png

    Yes, we have added the option in the update 4.3 for managing booked packages on the admin’s back-end; please make sure to update your Amelia.
