I have the customer panel enabled on a client site, but when a customer logs in they can see all possible appointments, not just the appointments they have booked. Do you know why this would be?
They also can't reschedule any of their package appointments. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated as customers need to reschedule often or they book the wrong dates and need to move it.
Is this a test customer or a real customer? Are you logging into this customer's panel while logged out of your Administrator account for WordPress? This is very important, as often permissions can clash if you remain in the Admin account and try managing customer's profile (accessing areas where customers can see only their info). In WordPress > Users, is this customer registered? If they are do they have Amelia Customer Role or some other?
It was my test customer, but I had booked onto 2 classes.
I logged in via an incognito window. The user didn't have a WordPress user, so I made one as an Amelia Customer and it's still giving me the same result...
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, customer's credentials for the WP and the panel, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
The customer was probably either created using the admin email, or you booked an appointment while you were logged in as admin. I took the liberty and installed WP phpMyAdmin plugin, to see wp_amelia_users table, and there I saw this:
As you can see, this customer has the "admin" type user profile, and that's causing the issue. I changed it to "customer", so please check how the panel looks like now when you log in from the incognito mode.
It should be fine now, but if you have any issues, please let me know.

I've attached images of the customer panel view.
Thank you
