I'm setting up appointments for a company that has two locations but they do not assign an appt to an employee. They can only take one appointment at a time in each location.
I'd really like the locations to work but not the employee part. Is there a way to disengage this part of the plugin? If not, what is the best way to set this up?
I'm afraid that employees are essential, and that one employee cannot work on two locations at the same time.
You can create another employee, so that employee 1 would have schedule for location 1, and employee 2 would have a schedule for location 2. Then, connect them both to the same Google or Outlook Calendar. In this way when employee 1 is booked for 9am on location 1, this time will become unavailable for employee 2 on location 2.

Would this work for you?
