Hi. Please can you tell me how to manage appointment timings where

    1) the appointment is 20 minutes OR 45 minutes (I see to only be able to set 30 mins  or 1 hour etc)

    2) the timing in-between the appointments: I would like that to be 15 minutes. Is that possible ?

    Thank you

    Hi Gerlinde

Thank you for reaching out to us.

    1. You can adjust this by modifying the Default time slot step option in the general settings

    2. To add some time between the services you can set a buffer time when you edit the service but make sure to add this time to the wmployee's work hours. So if the service is 1h and the buffer time is 15 min your employee needs to have 1h15min available in his work hours to be able to perform this service.

I hope this helps, do let us know if you need any further assistance.

Hi. I don't seem to be getting it quite right.

If you look at this page: https://www.thehappinesscenter.ng/portfolio-item/naadi-pariksha/

    It's set at 8am - 5pm for the employee.

Duration should be 30mins with 15min buffer afterwards.. Could you please tell me what I'm doing wrong. Also I will have other therapies for 45minutes and 1 hour.. I'm not sure how the general setting affects that.

    Thanks so much :)

    Hi Gerlinde

If your service duration is 30 min with a buffer time of 15 min the employee needs to have 45min available in his schedule to be able to provide this service. Same goes for other services, duration of the service+buffer time needs to be available in the schedule to be able to book this service.

If you don't want to have all these time slots available for booking you can enable this option from the General settings and the time slots will be reduced to the number of possible time slots for that service

Great I think I understand it now.

One more question: how do I block out the employee's lunch hour ?

    Hi Gerlinde

When you go to edit the employee and then navigate to the Work Hours tab, click on the + sign and you will be able to add a break as shown on the image below
