We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

The calendar seems to be showing all times of the day and not just the times I've selected for the availability which is 09:00-18:00. Any suggestions? Thanks!

    I would check:

    • company availability hours in (amelia->settings ->working hours)
    • also create employee availability (amelia->employee-> and edit the specific employee and make sure it also has the hours you want available)
    • Maybe check your time zone on your computer is matching the same time zone as wordpress?

    Hi, Matt,

    Sorry for the delayed response.

Ronnie is right: most probably the issue is coming from the working hours settings or the WP time zone, so please:

    1. make sure you've set Employee's working hours in the Employee's profile:

    MNDmHX6y_wOU_tYRR0P4QL-f-TYIvQlRCE4lOEsqvh5zVsek7PGWglPiqUAUud91PxOMHXmh9sHFVEHVgtpv-6KlD-h_5hOaG_QgVyiCgXEzjfKBHoFmIEjR9JHTOD_NlI66QfEG=s0

    2. check if the WP time zone is set to the city and not to the UTC format.

    Hope that will help.

    Best Regards.
