We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Hi. 3 questions with regard to employees:

    1) is is possible to rename them on the front end to "therapists" ? ie where it says "Any employees" to say "Any Therapist" ?

    2) can one disable the Any Employee option, ie in my case the client needs to pick female or male depending on their own gender.

    3) Is there a way to limit the amount of appointment that can be booked in a day for 1 employee ie available hours are 7:30-17:30 but 1 employees can not do more than 8 appointments per day ?

    Thank you so much

    Hi Gerlinde

Thank you for reaching out to us.

    1. You can change the labels in Amelia - Settings - Label settings

    2. In the Customize tab you can choose the form you want and next to the field you want to edit press the edit icon and disable this option.

    3. The only way to limit the number of appointments per day is to set a work schedule that wouldn't allow the employee to have more than set time slot available per day.
