    Hello Amelia-team!

    I have issues with

    1. the Google calendar integration.
    2. with the Notifications not sending.

    1. I can book appointments which are shown in my GCalendar, but on the frontend I see options which shouldn't be there because in the Calendar there is another appointment (not Amelia related). How to solve this?

    2. The notifications are not sending. Neither to the client nor to me as an employee. I implemented SMTP server and put all the information which are working fine in my normal email client. What to do?

    Regards,

    Tizia Macia

    Hi, Tizia,

    Sorry for the delayed response.

    1. Please make sure that your WP time zone is set to the City and not the UTC format, and that it matches the Google account time zone.

Also, please make sure that you enabled the "Remove Google Calendar busy slots" in Amelia -> Settings -> Integrations -> Google Calendar and set the Maximum Number Of Events Returned to the highest available number.

    2. Could you please change the mail service in Amelia -> Settings -> Notifications to PHP and test notifications with that configuration? If that works, then it means that notifications are being triggered by Amelia.

Most probably, your hosting provider requires some additional settings for SMTP service, that's why notifications don't work with the current configuration. Could you please reach out to your hosting provider's support and ask them how to set SMTP on your WP site correctly?

Looking forward to hearing from you.
