In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Hello, i'm enable to sync the amelia calendar with my personnal google calendar. I did all the process down to the page " Google did not validate this app, then i click on advance then i click on go to the unsafe site....then i got the page "theradoua.fr" want to access your google account but on this page the only button i got is continue or cancel, and when i click on cancel it goes back to my wordpress dashbord on the employee backend panel and the synch calendar still not red.....!!! please help

Could you please clarify what happens if you click on "Confirm"?
Also, could you please provide us with temporary WP Admin access, so we will look into the issue from the inside? You can post the credentials as a private reply to this ticket.
We don't interfere with any data except for the plugin and, of course, we don't provide login details to a third party.
