We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

    I am having some troubles with setting the payments in Amelia. The step 4 of the booking form, but so does the catalog booking form, don't show the payments options that I set on location and through paypal.

    I enabled the options in the payment option panel, and the price is correctly showed in the booking form.

    But nowhere a payment can be made. Nor a déposit. I even tried to put a deposit mandatory in the services, but no payment options were to be showed on the form. And still validated the booking, without deposit nor payment options were reminded.

    Could you help me?

    Hi, Etienne,

    Sorry for the delayed response.

    Please make sure that you enabled PayPal as the payment method in Amelia -> Settings -> Payments as it is described in our documentation

    Aso, please make sure that you used correct PayPal credentials.

    If you didn't set PayPal as a default payment method in Amelia -> Settings -> Payments, please enable it for the Services that should have this payment option in Edit Service -> Settings -> Payments:

    Also, if you configured everything and PayPal isn't displayed as a payment method on the booking form, please try to clear the site and the browser cache and see if that helps.

    Yes it worked. I didn't notice that I had to set/allow the payments for all services (missed that point in the documentation).
