    Hello,

I want to know if we can be able to customize the configuratin of calendar and appointments direct in the schedule we want.

1- If I have the "Default Time Slot Step" with 20 minutes but I want the calendar more minimalist, but he commes to big with the Default Slot Step at 20 minutes, and it's not friendly to have the "Default Time Slot Step" with 60 minutes because the appointements I need to do sometimes.

So it will be great to be able customize just the calendar view.

2- I want to be able make appointments directly in the calendar, could you please provide an update with that? It will be perfect for mobile devices!

3- I want to be able to mark an appointment for 2 clients at the same time, because sometimes while I'm coloring one client's hair I can cut another client's hair at the same time, and this can happen with other services.

    Thank you in advance.

    Best regards,

    Dany Coutinho

    Hi again, Dany,

    1. As I already mentioned in the other ticket that you have, you can suggest that as a feature request here, or check if this request was already submitted and vote for it.

    2. Could you please clarify what Calendar you are referring to? Amelia back-end Calendar or Google/Outlook Calendar? It is possible to add Appointments on the Calendar page in Amelia, so if you are referring to this option, please clarify what you'd like to change there.

    3. I'm afraid, it's not possible to have conditional settings in Amelia, therefore, you can duplicate your Employee, and then you will be available for two services for the same time slot. You can keep Services with duplicated Employee on the back-end by switching off the "show service on site" option in the Service modal if needed.

In Amelia, each Employee needs to have a unique email address. This can be solved if you use Gmail by adding +number before @ for the same email address (like [email protected], [email protected], etc.) and then you will be able to create "different" email addresses but all email notifications will go to the same email address.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

    Best Regards.
