In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    Hi

    My client offers hiking services for groups. We have the service created from 4 to 8 spots.

    We have one booking of 1 client and another booking of 1 with 4 people. I need to add a new booking with 3 people more and when I try to create the reservation from the backend it doesn't let me to select the date for that group (like it is not available). And I can see there are 3 spots left.

    I have tried to do it from the front end and it works, but when I try to do it through the amelia booking tab on the backend it doesn't let me add people to the group.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Hi, Clara,

    Sorry for the delayed response.

    Please note that if you book Appointments on the back-end, and a time slot has a booking, you should not add a new Appointment for the same time slot but add more Customers to already existing Appointment (because from your point of view it will be one group booking, that's why it has only one entry on the back-end):
