You can check the length of the messages that you plan to use in this calculator: https://sakari.io/sms-length-calculator/ just to make sure that RTL writing doesn't affect the way the symbols are being counted.

There's no need to purchase an SMS package in Amelia
We already have the Twilio SMS service integrated (it's the only option at the moment but soon we will add more SMS providers). So you can just top up the balance and use SMS notifications straight away.
