We have quite a lot of customers from Benelux, and they never had any issues with our reseller, regardless if they used PayPal or a card.
Please don't take the wording "credit card" literally. If you have a card that you can use for online payments in the Netherlands, you'll be able to purchase Amelia with it.
It's, of course, your choice if you want to purchase the plugin with PayPal, and we've had quite a few purchases during the last few days from the EU. Most of our customers use emails that are not related to a specific county, so I can't verify exactly how many were from Benelux, but I can say that I did find two emails ending with .nl, messing they had no issues purchasing from the Netherlands.
While we wait for a response from Paddle, would you be able to record your screen, showing us how the purchase fails, so we can forward it to them as proof?
Make sure to enable the PRIVATE response when you send us the video, because this is a public ticket.
