I'm having some troubles with adding users to the plugin. When i want to add a user, i doesn't save and i don't see the users coming up on the screen. When i click 'save', it doesn't do anything.
Can you please tell us if the plugin is updated to the latest version?
Please make sure the email address for the new user has not been previously used to create another user account, for example if you haven't submitted a booking using that email address.
Do you have any issues adding customers or services?
The plugin is updated to the newest version. I also didn't use the email address before. I wanted to add myself as a user. Now i'm having also problems with the whole plugin. It keeps loading and all the services I added are gone.
Can you please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Can you please clear your website and browser cache and see if you still have the same issue? This could be caused by a conflict with another plugin you have installed, do you have any caching plugins installed?
We couldn't reproduce it on our end. I was able to see already added employees and add a new test one
Thanks for checking on my website. I actived a caching plugin but now the Amelia plugin is (again) not working. Backend form keeps loading when I want to add my categories again because all my categories are gone.
Also when i've added the booking form to a page and tested it, the form keeps loading on the last step. Is there something i can do to fix that?
I've purchased Amelia but so far i'm not that happy about it, unfortunetly..
From your message, I understood that the caching plugin was the cause? When this happens, you can have a caching plugin, but you would need to disable it on pages where Amelia loads.
I don't know if i'm doing it wrong but the plugin doesn't work out for me.
Your colleague made an extra user to try if it worked but i can't delete it. I also can't delete the categorie that she made. When i want to delete it, the form keeps loading.
The same loading on the frontend form..
I would like to see the plugin fixed now because I need it for my work and it's taking too long now..
Caching plugins can cause loading issues, as I believe you witnessed yourself. Issues like this usually occur when there is a conflict either with the theme currently active on your website, or another plugin you have installed.
Unfortunately the issues like conflicts with third party plugins or themes are always possible due to the nature of WP, and it might take significant time to investigate and replicate the issue on our side, to be able to find the source of the problem, especially when the plugin or theme is not familiar to us.
Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved? If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be). If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred. Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.
The email address you tried to use to create an employee ([email protected]) is already used by a customer:
The Amelia Employee you have created with email [email protected] is linked to the WordPress user [email protected]. We've deleted this customer, so you can now change the email of your employee to [email protected], and keep it linked to the WordPress user.
As far as we can see, you only have one admin user, so you should be able to see everything just like we do. We have no issues creating or deleting new categories or services, so can you please try logging in from a different browser?
There's nothing wrong with the plugin from our end, but we're using the same credentials you do, so it could be some cache stored in your browser - we can't say for sure.
Please let us know how it goes from another browser (or from Chrome's Incognito window).

Looking forward to hearing from you.

I've deleted the cache plugin again and that seems to be the problems why my categories where gone.
Do i have to have a caching plugin for Amelia?
Hi Desiree,
thank you for the kind reply

Hello Ivana,
But does the caching plugin fix the loading?
