In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Hi! I bought your plugin and when trying to change the colors and fonts and press "save" the following message always appears "Request failed with status code 500" which does not allow me to save the changes. How can I solve it?

Please check if you have SG Optimizer plugin installed, and if you do go in its settings/Front-end and disable "Combine CSS files".
If you don't have it, go into Amelia/Customize and click on Reset, and then on Save. If that also doesn't work deactivate the plugin and activate it again; delete all cache from your website and your browser, and it should work fine.

Clara resolved the issue on her own, and we don't have an insight into how she did it.
Usually, this is caused by some caching which doesn't update the front-end form with the new customization.
If you can't resolve the issue, please open a new private ticket, where you can provide us with temporary wp-admin credentials and we'll gladly check and see what's going on.
