SMS screen FAILs all the time

    When we click on "SMS", the screen completely fails to load- every time. It's been more than 2 weeks. 

    This happened when we ran out of money in our account. How can we put more money into the account? 

    We have a HUGE event and need the SMS function to send the text messages. Please fix ASAP!

    Sorry to hear that you faced this issue.

    Please make sure that you use Amelia version 3+.

    Also, please try to clear the site cache. If that doesn't help, then most probably you need to update your CA certificates. Please reach out to your hosting provider with this info, and they should know what needs to be done.
