I have few questions
1) Is there a feature of automatic stripe refund for cancelled appointments
2) Can I mass import users/ customers from csv/excel
3) Can I create appointments in past date for these newly added users , when I am trying to migrate from WIX bookins

thank you for reaching out to us, and for taking interest in Amelia
I'll be happy to advise:
1) At the moment, refunds need to be done manually as Amelia does not store customer payment information (which makes her GDPR compliant), so in case of a refund there would be no payment information where the amount could be refunded to.
2) Unfortunately importing files into the plugin is still not an option.
You can, however, access PHPMyAdmin, and navigate to wp_amelia_users table. There you can see how other customers are being stored in the database, so if you're able to modify the CSV file so it's columns match the one from the database, you should be able to import that CSV file and update that table which is used to store all Amelia users.
3) Appontments can be made for the past, but have to be made manually one by one.
