Is there a way to display a Service's booked calendar outside of the customer and employee front end? For example, I would like to create a page and use maybe a shortcode to display the calendar for a particular service which shows booked appointments. I know I can see this in the Admin dashboard, or on the customer front panel or employee front panel, but I would like to see this calendar outside of these pages.

At the moment, this is not possible with Amelia's built-in features. However, there's an add-on for Amelia (which was not created by us) that you can try using: https://downloadfreewpplugins.com/wordpress/amelia-calendar-essential-shortcodes/.
We can't say if this add-on will provide the display that you need on the front-end, but it's the best option for now. We also cannot guarantee the stability of this add-on, and its compatibility with Amelia or WordPress, since it's not been created by us.
