I have noticed with multiple attempts that the Employee Panel Password is not being sent out.
When I create an employee that also has a WordPress User then an login e-mail is sent out.
So from what I see creating an employee that also includes a WordPress user account then an e-mail gets received. If it does not include a WordPress user then no e-mail is received.
I do not know how to fix this. I assume that I can create WordPress users for each, but there is really no need as I have made a frontend Employee panel to where the employees can login.
Thank you for choosing Amelia, and for reaching out to us.
Sorry for the inconvenience, but we currently have a bug that is being resolved by our developers.
When you create an employee, and enter his/her password, even though you enabled "Send Employee Panel Access Email", the password is not being saved, so the email is not being forwarded.
At this time, when you create an employee, you need to open his profile again, add the password again, and then save, and then (if the "Employee Panel Access" notification is enabled in Amelia/Notifications/Employee), the email will be sent.
We hope this will be resolved in our next update, but we can't guarantee that.
The more I learn about what the Amelia plugin can do the more impressed i become!
I noticed that even though adding the same password a few times it does not stick (one can not see the password in the Password field). I have tried to send it out a few times but it is not working. Thanks for the feedback Marko! I have circled around the bug by sending e-mails direct to the employees with their passwords and a link to the frontend Employee panel.
Thank you for your kind words, we are glad you like our plugin more and more.
The password field for the Employee in Amelia/Employees is blank every time you access this employee's profile. This is how the plugin actually works, but the password you added last still stands, that's why you're able to send the password in a separate email.
If the password is not being sent to the employee, make sure that "Employee Panel Access" email template has been enabled in Amelia/Notifications.
Please feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.

-The Solution-
Actually it was the Settings -> Notification.
Sender Name and Sender Email that I had not filled out. I noticed the mention of it in this video:
At the 4:00 mark. After filling out the Sender Name and Email then notifications worked and the Employee Panel Password was sent out.
Case closed..:)
