    Hi guys,

I have some issues with email notifications on amelia.

I have set up two custom notifications, however now that they're set up, the other non-custom emails are not sending (appointment rejected, appointment rescheduled) and also, there are no emails going to the admin of the site.

Any help would be much appreciated,

    Thanks!

    Hi, parv,

    Thank you for choosing Amelia.

Could you please clarify what custom notifications you created? Are they scheduled or triggered ones? Also, if you disable these custom notifications, do appointment rejected and appointment rescheduled notifications start working again?

Also, if you want your Admin to receive notifications, please add Admin's email address to the "Send all notifications to additional addresses" field in Amelia -> Settings -> Notifications.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Hi,

Originally I made 1 custom notification for appointment approved.

Then all the default ones stopped working, so I made a custom notification for all of them.

Now the main problem is that when a user or employee clicks 'forgot password' - they also get no notificaiton.

    Parv,

Could you please provide us with temporary WP Admin access, so we will look into the issue from the inside? You can post the credentials as a private reply to this ticket.

We don't interfere with any data except for the plugin and, of course, we don't provide login details to a third party.

    Best Regards.
