Hi there, I'm very interested in purchasing this plugin, however I have a question. At this moment my client already uses a version of Amelia, but only for managing and scheduling appointments through employees, it literally serves as an internal agenda. However I'm developing an online store for them and in this store (which will be in the same domain where their internal agenda is currently working), they want customers to be able to make appointments.
My question is: is it possible with your basic license, to have the same installation in both subdomains (it's the same project) and is it possible that appointments made in the schedule by employees are "shared" in the calendar that is presented for appointments to the client (so that the customer doesn't schedule appointments at hours and days that are no longer available because the employees have already booked a certain time and day manually for other clientes?) I hope I'm explaining myself well... Basically there are two different agendas in 2 different subdomains, that would have to communicate with each other.. is this possible? Or the only way to turn this around is on the currently employees agenda, create something new with a frontend for costumers, and in the shop just make a button thats redirects there (not the best thing for us because of security issues)?
In this case, all the backend data should be synchronised between the 2 subdomains, because in one of them are the employees already scheduling appointments that they receive by phone, and one the other subdomain, are the clients making other appointments via online, and both must communicate so we don't have overlaps in the agenda.
If you use multiple subdomains then each one will have a separate admin panel. Each subdomain will have its own database, so all customers, employees and settings are unique per subdomain.
However, it is possible to synchronize Employees' availability between subdomains with a workaround: you can establish Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar integrations, and then connect the same Employee on subdomain 1 and subdomain 2 to the same Google Cal/Outlook Cal. So, once an Appointment with the Employee is booked on subdomain 1, this time slot won't be available for booking on subdomain 2. So, if this sync is enough, it can work this way.

Hi, Margarida,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
The Basic license can be installed on one domain and unlimited subdomains.
However, could you please clarify: do you want all backend data to be synchronized between two subdomains or only Employees' availability?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Hi, many thanks for your feedback :)

Thank you
Margarida,
Thank you for the clarification.
