We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Good morning,
is it possible to modify the plugin via css code? as it is not understandable for how we would like to use it from mobile.
Hello Luca,
Thank you for choosing Amelia, and for reaching out to us.
Yes, it is possible to modify the Amelia plugin via CSS code. But Amelia itself has her on customization option so maybe you even wouldn't have to use CSS.
Amelia will work with any WordPress theme, so you don’t need to make any special decisions there, nor will you need to use custom CSS to make your booking functionality look good.
Instead, you can use your preferred WordPress theme and then just edit Amelia’s style options to match your theme’s looks.
You could see that option here. Also, we are sending the link to our site with demos on it so you can check how the site looks when you access it through mobile.
Please feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]

I would like the user to immediately see the calendar and choose a date and time.
this is what i see in mobile mode.
Hello Luca,
To be able to immediately see the calendar from the mobile version you need to set a filter for a specific service or for a specific employee using Amelia shortcode.
For example: [ameliabooking service=1 employee=1]. List of all Amelias shortcodes you can see here.
Please feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
