We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
I added a specific day that ends at 9pm. My last meeting ends at 4:45 p.m. I want to create a new 3 hour date and Amelia does not have any slots available that day. I change the duration to 2 hrs and amelia only gives the 19h time slots. why can't I create my appointment at 4:45 p.m.?
Hello Gerald
I'm sorry, but I don't quite understand the question.
I see you have quite a lot of services on the front-end, so I don't know if you're referring to a specific service, or globally? I'm not sure if you set up buffer times in your services, and how you want to handle the additional time.
For example, if your current setup allows you to create an appointment that ends at 4:45, and the working hours of the employee are until 9 PM, you should still be able to see additional time slots between these two times.
Can you please tell us which service we're supposed to look at, provide us with screenshots of how this service is configured, of your employee's working hours, etc, so we get a better picture of what exactly you need.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
