We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Edit the timing of an exceptional service for a particular customer

    Hello,

I want to know how can I edit the timing of an exceptional service for a particular customer?

I have a barber shop, and most of the time to cut an hair is about 30 minutes, but for some clients it could be more or less of 30 minutes, and I want to be able to modify the time in the calendar for this single scheduling of the client.

    Could you help me please?

    Best regards,

    Dany Coutinho

    Hello Dany

    Sorry for the late response!

Unfortunately, what you're looking for to achieve can not be done.

If an appointment was already made, there's no way to edit it's duration, and if your Services last 30 minutes, there's no way to add multiple durations for services.

What you can do is either offer a few different services (where you'd add the duration in the name of the service, so customers know what they're booking), or add Extras to your existing service, so they can extend the appointment.

I don't believe this will work for you, since customers don't actually know how long you guys need to cut hair.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Kind Regards,

    Aleksandar Vuković

Thank you for your reply, I will find a solution to solve this question.

I will try with the "Extras" option!
