Problem is when I click to Edit an event from the Wordpress Admin panel, the side panel opens but stays blank with the spinning Amelia logo. I can add events but not edit them.
Also - Clicking Attendees on an event and nothing happens.
Only things tried are: updating Amelia (to v4.2) and using different browser - same problem.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
Also, please make sure to provide us with database access credentials, as the issue may be in there.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
The issue has been resolved. Your website is configured for BIG_SELECTS, while that is not enabled in Amelia by default, so I went into phpMyAdmin, and modified "amelia_settings" in wp_options, and enabled BIG_SELECTS. Now everything works fine.
Please check the events, and let us know if you have any further issues with the plugin.
Hi -

Opening browser debug window reveals this:
"Failed to load resource: https://ncar.org.uk/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=wpamelia_api&call=/events/37 - the server responded with a status of 500 ()
amelia-booking-events-b4477d5b64a5624fad8d.js:1 Request failed with status code 500"
This is quite urgent so hopefully you can come back soon.
Thanks
