    Hi,

    I am interested in you booking plugin but still have one question before purchasing.

    Basically, I offer only one treatment, which has different durations. 15 minutes, 30 minutes, and 45 minutes. My calendar time slots, therefore, should be 15 minutes.

    My question:

    Let's say I have a 45-minute appointment available on any one day (3 x 15 minutes slots consecutively, 10:00 - 10:45). On that day however, there is no demand for a 45-minute appointment, there are only customers wanting to book 15-minute or 30-minute appointments.

    Will the booking Calendar show to a client looking to book only a 15-minute appointment, three available 15-minue slots?

    And will a person who is looking for a 30-minute appointment, be able to choose between an appointment at 10:00-10:30 or 10:15-10:45?

    Hello Ralf,

    Thank you for your interest in our product. 

    If you have a client looking to book only a 15-minute appointment (for example from 10 to 10.15), and another client who is looking for a 30-minute appointment, that other client will be able to book appointments from 10:15 to 10:45 in two ways:

    1. You can create 3 different services that will have a different duration (15, 30, 45 minutes)
    2. You can create one 15-minute Service and add a 15-minute long Extra to that service. With this approach, the default duration is 15 minutes and if a client wants more time in the appointment they can extend the duration by adding 1 or 2 15-minute extras.
