If you created your employees before you configured Global Working Hours, those employees picked up the Company’s working hours which come as default with the plugin (09:00 – 17:00).
Employees can have different working hours than those of the company, so to configure availability for your services, you need to configure the working hours of employees assigned to those services. Employees’ working hours override the company’s working hours. To set them up, you need to go to the “Employees” section, select the employee, and configure their schedule from the “Work Hours” tab.
I also noticed that this is an iframe. I want to be able to show different calendars on different urls. Example: Have a "book studio time" button, then show them a calendar that only shows my booking studio time services.
1. I’m afraid it is not possible to book multiple appointments at once with current built-in features in Amelia. But it is on our to-do list for future updates.
However, it can be achieved in two ways.
Option one: is to use Recurring appointments. But it is suitable only if a customer books multiple appointments of the same service (thus, all appointments will have the same duration, price, and will be performed with the same recurrence - daily, weekly, monthly). Recurring Appointments are available in all licenses.
Option two: Packages of Services - it is a feature that allows creating packages of multiple appointments (of the same or different services). In that case, the services that are included in the package and the number of appointments will be fixed, and the price will be set for the whole package. Customers will be able to book included Appointments on any days, with no strict recurrence. You can see more information here.
Please note that the Packages feature is only available for Amelia Pro and Developer licenses.
2. Yes, most probably it can be achieved with iframes.
It looks like you guys took away the packages feild. see attached
Can you explain how i can create separate urls with an iframe? Again the goal is to create separate buttons for separate products, then have them click through to their respective services. As of now i only have one calendar so thats not possible. I need multiple views of my calendar that i can click to
If i cant create packages or get these multiple views, would it be to ridiculous to ask for a refund? I think this product wont work for me
1. We cannot take anything away since we have no access to any data on your site (except for the purchase code)
I'm sorry but as far as I can see you have a Basic license, and Packages are supported by Pro and Developer licenses. Could you please clarify if you still have the Basic license or you upgraded it recently?
2. I'm afraid we cannot really help with iframes because they are part of site development, and not of Amelia features, so our support doesn't cover them.
3. No, there's nothing ridiculous of course. It's your right to request a refund within 15 days after the purchase as stated in our Refund policy. If you realize that Amelia doesn't suit your business, we won't ask any questions and will just refund your money.
My global work hours wont adjust. it constantly shows my calendar from 9-5 and off on weekends. I want it to be everyday from 2pm-midnight.

Awesome!
That being said how can i enable someone to book multiple timeslots in the same booking attempt? So far i can only book an hour at a time.
I also noticed that this is an iframe. I want to be able to show different calendars on different urls. Example: Have a "book studio time" button, then show them a calendar that only shows my booking studio time services.
