Is there any option to increase the price a fix amount instead of multiply the default price?

    Example:

    1 guest 60€

    2 guest 70€ (60 + 10)

    3 guest 80€

and 10€ extra every extra guest

    Thanks

    Hi, Alfonso,

    Sorry for the delayed response.

I'm afraid, at the moment the only possible way to achieve that would be to add additional persons as Extras and set the price to the Extra aka additional person to 10€.

Please note that this workaround can work only with Services since Events don't have Extras.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

    Best Regards.

    Hi Lisa,

    Thanks for your reply.

It will work ok with extras.

Is it possible to upgrade the plan after the purchase?

Like starting with a basic lifetime plan and upgrade to pro lifetime if needed?

    Thanks!

    Hi again!

Is there any option to adjust price according to high or low season?

Other option would be adding a discount in specific days or hours.

Or limiting the hours or the days of the service that a promotional code can be aplied.

Is it possible to specify the days that a service is available (picking from a calendar or specifying start and end date) ? because this could be a solution too.

    Thanks again,

    Alfonso

    Hi, Alfonso,

    Sorry for the delayed response.

    1. Yes, it is possible to upgrade the license. However, if you purchase Basic lifetime and then decide to upgrade it to Pro lifetime, we will be able to upgrade it only after 6 months due to the system limitations. However, there's another option: if you decide to upgrade it earlier, you will be able to purchase a new Pro lifetime license, and we will refund you the Basic lifetime one after that.

    2. You can create different Services for high and low seasons and then set the Employee's working hours as Special days, so these Services will be available only in particular months (or even days), for example:

    Hope that will help.

    Thanks a lot Liza!

    Hopefully the last question:

Is there any option to mark on the system the bookings that do no select a specific employee from the ones that do select one?

I'm in love with the plugin already :)

    Best regards,

    Alfonso

    Alfonso,

    I'm glad I could helpsmile.png

It depends. In Amelia, each Appointment has to be assigned to an Employee, so could you please clarify how these Services with no specific Employees should work? Are Employees meant to be assigned automatically? Or there should be no assigned Employees at all?

    Best Regards.

It's perfect that Amelia assigns the employe, just add some datta somewhere to know wich ones are selected by the clients or assigned by the sistem

    Alfonso,

    Aaaaah, I see now.

No, I'm afraid it's not possible to display this info on the back-end. Maybe there's some tricky way to get this information from the database, but I cannot tell precisely.

    Sorry for disappointing you.

If there is any way to get it from the database, It will be ok too.

I don't need it to be shown anywere, is just for admin control.
