Is there a way to prevent fake bookings?
Like a confirmation link for change the status from pending to confirmed?

Thank you for purchasing Amelia,
I'm afraid, at the moment there's no option to create a confirmation link. How would you handle payments (using Stripe, PayPal, WooCommerce, or Mollie, or on-site)? If you go for one of the online payment options, then there's no need for this, since they need to pay for every appointment they book.

If you're going for on-site payments, you can enable Google reCaptcha to protect yourself from robots. Changing the status of the appointment can only be done by employees (if you allow them in Amelia Settings/Roles/Employee) or by managers or Administrators.
