    I am trying to create a custom notification to send when clients book an even. I created the new notification template, entered the text, clicked save. When I try to send a test email, nothing sends. When I try to book an event myself, no notification. When I go back to the notifications page, the body of the message is erased.

    Please help. thanks!

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    This usually happens if you have a language checking tool, like "Gramarly" or "LanguageTool" installed on your browser.

    When you get to the Notifications page in Amelia, turn off the grammar checking tool, and then you should be able to save the notifications normally.
