Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you a wonderful holiday weekend!
I integrated the amelia with zoom and it works fine, also I integrated it with the WooCommerce Payment especially with a Plugin called "Paymob" that additionally works well with all my WooCommerce websites.
I have a problem I will explain it now.
When I create a new appointment from the frontend and pay with WooCommerce via my Visa card,
The appointment doesn't appear on the appointment pages and the emails for user and employee doesn't work as usual.
I have to go to WooCommerce orders and change the order status from processing or pending payment to completed manually to make the appointment appears on the Amelia and the emails send and work.
I tried everything also made the order status automatically completed.
I also have to change the order status from completed to processing to make the appointment and emails work.
I have to make any changes to the order status to solve this problem manually.!!!
Briefly, I have to change the order status from the current status to any other status to make the appointment show in the appointment pages and make the emails sent to users about appointments approval or pending.
When I Make an appointment without WooCommerce online payment everything works well.
Where is the problem and how can I solve it, it's necessary.
Thanks
Hi, Osama,
Sorry for the delayed response.
Could you please create a test Service with a price set to 0 and book an Appointment of this Service with WooCommerce payment enabled? There's a high chance that the issue occurs on the WooCommerce end.
Could you please also clarify what payment getaway you use and if you have any additional plugins for WooCommerce (for example, the subscription one)?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
