The packages option should have a drop down before just displaying all the packages available. Is there any cleaner and easier way to ask my customers if they want to book for more than 1 hour? I see the custom fields but it isn't what i need.
Can you even edit anything in the package select menu option? i cant edit colors or text or anything

1. I'm not sure what exactly "more than one hour" means, could you please clarify this question? If you provide us with some details of how your business works, that would be very helpful.
2. Please try to choose the Packages option on the top of the Customize page, and then customization will be available for them as well:
