Hi, I am testing the plugin with lite version. I want to enable customer panel, but the button is grayed out. Is this feature not available in the lite version? If not available in lite version, how can the customer view or modify their appointments?
Thanks
Hi Ken,
thank you for reaching out to us, and for taking interest in Amelia
Yes, the Customer Panel is available in the full version only; you can see the full capabilities on this page.
You can test appointment modification by the customer by assigning them a WordPress Customer Role, and allowing them access to their appointments in the backend.
