we have purchased your product Amelia plugin for WordPress. we have some queries can you please describe in detail.
Questions : 1. Is it possible to List out all Employees with photos and a short curriculum and book now button? when clicking on the book now button that brings to the booking widget with that employee already selected.
2. If an Appointment is canceled by the Employee or customer, so the google meet link will be expired or alive if the user by mistake clicks on the email link?
3. if an appointment is cancled by a customer or employee then how will manage refund payment process?
1. There's no such a feature in Amelia at the moment, but you can create Employees' profiles with the page builder tools and then add buttons that will take Customers to the pages with Amelia booking forms for Services provided by each Employee separately. If you use Elementor, you can also set pop-ups.
2. The link should get expired.
3. I'm afraid since Amelia doesn't store any payment details of the Customers it's possible to refund Customers only manually from the payment system account.
You might need to add MetaData and Descriptio to the payments in Amelia -> Settings -> Payments, so you will be able to recognize the payments in the system and find the correct ones. For example:
