Amelia does not have any E-Transfer option at the moment; you can check if this option is offered in WooCommerce as an extension, and use it trough our integration with them.
You could set the payment to be "On Site" meaning that the full amount will be paid in person, and not during the booking process. Then, you can add the link to your E-Transfer into Appointment Approved notification template (this is the email sent to customer once they book an appointment and it's Approved; either automatically or manually).
You can also add a Custom Field to the booking form which will state that E link will be sent in the email.
However, please bear in mind that they will have to know that they need to pay exact amount, and that Amelia will register this as paid on site.
How would I offer the option to either pay up front with credit card or to E-transfer after registration?
I know there is the On-Site option, but where could I put written instructions to E-transfer the amount to so and so email address?
Hi Mitchell,
thank you for reaching out to us

Is there way to set it up so they can pay later but then somewhere it shows written information about how to e-transfer to this email address?
Hi Mitchell!
Thank you for the kind reply
