We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Good day, I was wondering if this plugin can be customized and used to create a chauffeur booking system for my website? Similar to what is on the page in the link below?

    Hi Jahmawi,

thank you for reaching out to ussmile.png

Amelia is not generally used as a transfer booking as it usually requires distance calculation feature. However, if your system includes only selection of a hotel (which could be a Category or a Service in Amelia), transfer type (which could be a Service or an Employee), and ticket.

However, I do see that you have 2 ticket types; Amelia can set only one price per booking for the customer at the moment. Customer can bring more people with them to the appointment (transfer), like parents with children, however, all tickets would be priced the same.

Thanks a lot for the replay. I think Amelia would work because I do not need a distance calculator (in fact I don't want one) as long as I can list several bookings ( about 20 actually for customers to choose from). And I can add children prices and adult prices I should be good.

    Hi Jahmawi,

thank you for the kind replysmile.png

Yes, you can list out as many options (you can even include them as Extras along the standard Services).

For the different ticketing we are currently working on including it for Events; in services, you can have different pricings based on Extras, however they are not connected to the number of passengers. You could optionally provide coupons that would reduce the price for children tickets.
