I am thinking of using Amelia on a new project. Here's the scenario.
1. User goes to booking page to book an excursion -- I guess I can use services for this part to act as excursions
2. My excursions have a date and time slots
3. Each slot has a minimum of 5 people/seats and a maximum of 15 people/seats
I think Amelia can already do this for me. Correct me i I am wrong so far. Here's the part I am not sure about.
if the minimum of 5 people is not reached on the last day of booking then I need to send an email that says "Sorry the excursion is cancelled due to snuffiest interest" I there a way I can create a condition like that in the notifications?
I hope I explained the scenario sufficiently for a reply
Hi, George,
Thank you for choosing Amelia.
I'm afraid, at the moment it's not possible to get Appointments cancelled automatically, that's why you should cancel them manually if there the number of attendees didn't reach the minimum capacity, and then you can set a custom Appointment cancelled notification for this Service with the text "Sorry the excursion is cancelled due to snuffiest interest".
Hope that will help.
Best Regards.
