We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    We have a tutoring website. We want customers to be able to purchase blocks of hours (5, 10, 15 etc) and then schedule these hours as appointments in a calendar.

    The customer shouldn't be able to book appointments in the calendar if they do not have any hours/appointments remaining (if they have used all the hours they purchased).

    Is this possible with your plugin?

    I just purchased the plugin, and now I have no receipt, purchase code or any kind of email.

    The thankyou download page doesn't work, and I can't submit another ticket without a purchase code.

    Please sort this ASAP!

    Sorry for the delayed response.

    Your purchase code can be found in the email we sent you after the purchase, there you have credentials for the TMS Store, where you can access your purchase code and plugin anytime. Please check your inbox and the Spam folder one more time.

    If that doesn't help, please provide us with the email address that you used for the purchase.
