Hey there, I am currently designing for a hairsalon that has 1) reservations for hair-cutting services and 2) they also conduct different hair-cutting lessons for the public.

I used the services for 1). Should I create the hair-cutting lessons under events? Or is there any better solution? Does TMS has a recommendation or best combination for this?

    Thank you!

    Hi Zoe!

Thank you for reaching out to ussmile.png

It depends what exactly you need from this class; Services are always better for business exchanges such as hair-cutting.

For the classes Events may be a better choice, because they are a lot simpler to set up. For example, do you need any specific staff present during classes? Does this staff member also provide Services?

Thank you for your reply. Can I use both at the same time for lessons and services on the website for the different objectives? Thank you!

    Hi Zoe!

Thank you for the kind replysmile.png

Yes, absolutely - you're free to use both at the same time; you will see which one suits you better, and maybe you will personally prefer one system over the other.

I'll be here for any question you may have on the way.

Just one note about the staff; if you have an event where you have employee A as staff, in services he is assigned to that day will be unavailable (because Amelia thinks he cannot be in 2 places at the same time).
