When someone books an event and adds to their calendar - the event shows one hour later in the calendar.
Hi Lynsey,
thank you for reaching out to us
Please check the time zone you have set up in WordPress > Settings (we recommend setting it to a city instead of a UTC format), and check the time zone of their device + Google account / calendar.
Also, please let me know are they physically in another time zone?
I would also recommend checking the setting below, in Amelia > Settings > General:
Thanks Ivana - I have changed to Sydney - and made sure it's in client timezone - but it doesn't change it. you can see yourself https://hiscoes.com.au/book-classes/ eg. You choose an event that is at 5.30pm and click book - when the event displays the time say 18:30 (not 17:30)
Actually after that - it did change all the events to an hour later in the back end as well - so I had to go in and change all the times - but it's working! I think... thanks!
Hi Lynsey,
thank you for the kind reply!
It should work now; but if you do notice discrepancies in the future, please do let me know.
If you have any further questions or issues, please feel free to open a new ticket, and we'll gladly help.
