I can't create new services anymore! i can't even edit or delete existing services! what happened?? and this is the second ticket i submit in 48 hours with no response, so please fix this problem as soon as possible, we purchased the business plan just to have unlimited support, but it doesn't seem we're getting any, and now our business is hanging untill u decide to reply !

I have responded to your previous ticket, so we can continue the correspondence there about this particular issue.
Our work hours are 10:00 - 17:00 (can vary up to 1-2 hours) CET Monday - Friday, and we have also implemented working weekends; so you can expect a response from us then. We have a response time limit 3-5 days but we mostly respond to tickets in 24 hours on work days. We aim to respond to tickets in order in which they have arrived.
