We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I have several different services added in Amelia plugin. All of the services have maximum size of 6 people. If 6 people make a reservation for a specific hour, no more people can book this service. What I need to do, is to add limitation, which wouldn't let people to make a reservation for all other services for selected hour as well, if that time is already booked. Is it possible to do that?
Hi, Lukas,
Thank you for choosing Amelia.
So, if I understood the question, you have Service A and Service B, and if Service A has a booking for 10 am - 11 am, you want Service B to become unavailable for the same time slot. Is that correct?
If so, then it can be achieved only if:
a) you assign all the Services to the same Employee,
b) you connect all the Employees to the same Google Calendar using our G Cal integration. Then, once Employee 1 has a booking, Employee 2 becomes unavailable for the same time slot.
Hope that will help.
Looking forward to hearing from you
