Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you a wonderful holiday weekend!
In our case, we have Amelia admins who have enabled "Stripe" and "OnSite" as the payment options.
The problem is that they can get a notification email when a booking is made, BUT there is no way to indicate whether the booking has already been paid OR alternatively, that they need to take some follow up action to collect payment.
The only way to resolve that question is to log into the Amelia dashboard each time, which is obviously NOT very efficient.
Is it possible for the developers to consider adding a placeholder variable that we can all use in the the notification emails to indicate the "payment method"?
That way admins will know immediately if they need to collect payment from the "On-Site" customers.
Thanks.
Hi Paul,
thank you for reaching out to us
At the moment there are no specific placeholders which would indicate payment method used for the booking; it would be beneficial, so I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page. Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
