We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

On this page I don't know why the booking keeps showing as loading.

When I change the service that is associated the booking works but when I select the service that should be and the booking stays in loading.

I have tried to duplicate the service, create a new service and I don't know why stills stays loading. I do not get why when I change to an another service that already exists stills keeps on loading.

It happens in several pages but not in all.

    What can be happening?

    Hi Clara,

thank you for reaching out to ussmile.png

    Please check these points:

    1. Are these services visible on the site?

    2. If they are, is the employee assigned to these services?

    3. If he is, check his working hours. Working hours where services are defined in the intervals will only show the services defined in there. Make sure these two services are also included.

    4. Did you assign the employee to another location? If you did, please go to Amelia/Locations, and make sure that the location is visible.

    Hi.

    1. Yes, the service is visible on the website (screenshot attached).

    2. The employer is assigned (the same way is on the rest of the services)(screenshot attached).

    3. Yes, it has Fridays mornings assigned (screenshot attached)

    4. There are no locations. We do not use locations.

    Thanks

    Hi Clara,

    thank you for checking!

In that case please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Ah, and another question, why didnt show up on the plugin there was a new plugin update?

This is a client site, I want them to be able to update by themselves.

    Thanks

    Hi!

    1. It is solved. It was caché as you suggested.

    2. The wordpress allows to update the rest of the plugins but amelia, that doesn't show that there is a notification.

You can access with the user I created for you.

I need this to be able to update without the ftp because this is a client website and I do not charge any maintenance. I need them to be independent updating their website, that includes amelia.

That was one of the reason I purchased the lifetime license.

    Thanks

    Hi Clara,

    thank you for contacting backsmile.png

Automatic updates should be available if you activated the purchase code for your client on their site, in Amelia > Settings > Activation.

Please could you send me the credentials as we don't have access to the colleague's email.

    Hi Clara!

Thank you for the credentials; and thank you for your patience as we worked to get back to you, we apologize for the delay, due to a high volume of tickets our team has received, our response time has been delayed, but we're working to ensure everyone receives the help they're needing!

This could be an issue with the SSL certificate.

Are you maybe using Let's Encrypt for an SSL certificate? If you are, please update it because their certificate expired on the 1st of October, 2021.

Reach out to your hosting provider, and ask them to update the certificate. Even though the certificate could say that it's valid until 2022, or 2023, please check Let's Encrypt's official notice about this change. Please let me know!
