We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
I plannend to offer events via your plugin, but it seems to not be possible to edit minimum number of participants for an event. To be specific, I offer wine tours, that will be booked by one person for at least 8 people of one group, so it should not be possible for others to join this event, just for them. Is it possible to offer this in your plugin?
I saw that you offer this in services, but the problem here is that you are not able to use srvies as an event, bc I dont offer an event from 9 to 5 ...
Can you pls reach out to me today, bc if this is not possibile, I will need to refund my purchase.
Thx in advance.
Hi Valentin,
thank you for reaching out to us
I'm afraid that Events only have Maximum Capacity available to be modified at the moment; for the change of this particular functionality, I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page. Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
In case that you wish to proceed with the refund, please log into http://store.tms-plugins.com/ with the credentials you received in your e-mail when you purchased the plugin, then navigate to Purchases/Amelia, and if you're still within 15 days from purchase you will see the "Request Refund" button.
If you don't see it, and you're using a screen with width lower than 1600px, you will need to scroll through that screen horizontally to see the button.
After you submit a refund request, you will not receive any confirmation emails, but you will see that the button is grayed out:
That means that the refund request is successfully submitted, and that you will receive your refund in 5 - 7 business days.
