I was wondering if there's anyway we can make payment optional? I can only see options to ask for a deposit or take full payment, and if I set the deposit to $0.00 it just asks for the full amount. We would really like people to have an option to pay now or be invoiced/pay later.
I have two more questions - but may need to start another ticket?
The first is, I find the terms Stripe and On-Site are very confusing to our clientele, is there a way that we can change the labels for these?
Secondly, is there any way we can have the services in the Step by Step Wizard displayed as buttons rather than a dropdown? Or any other options for presentation here?

1. I'm afraid, at the moment these labels cannot be changed because they were turned into icons in the latest update. But our developers are aware that some of our clients find them confusing, therefore they will add an option to change these labels in the next update.
2. Unfortunately, the booking form cannot be modified that way with the current features.
That probably can be achieved with custom work. However, our developers are very busy at the moment, so they won't be having the time for custom work in the near future.

Thank you for choosing Amelia.
Our plugin can accept payments only at the moment of booking, so it won't be possible to charge your clients later through Amelia.
However, if you enable on-site payments, then your Customers will be able to choose between online payments and payments at the spot.
