    Hello, 

    I would like to repport a problem about adding, editing and deleting services, since i've made my purchase everything was working so well, but now suddenly when i add a service or try to edit an exsisting one, it gets saved normally but it doesn't show on the page. even when i try to delete an exsisting service, it still showing on the page of services!

    Please help me solve this problem as soon as possible, as it can be so confusing for clients and effects our business. Thank you.

    Please advise, do you have the latest version of Amelia, 4.2?

    Please check these points:

    1. Are these services visible on the site?

    2. If they are, is the employee assigned to these services?

    3. If he is, check his working hours. Working hours where services are defined in the intervals will only show the services defined in there. Make sure these two services are also included.

    4. Did you assign the employee to another location? If you did, please go to Amelia/Locations, and make sure that the location is visible.

    Thank you for your resonse, yes i have updated the last update of Amelia 4.2, and there's nothing wrong with my settings, i'm used to this plugin and i know it by heart, even if i can't edit services because of assigned employees or locations, then why i can't create even new services?? it creates normally on the dashbord, but it doesn't show on the website!??? i even tries deleting the plugin and installing it again but nothing changed!

    Please solve this problem as soon as possible because our business is depending on it.

    In that case I would need to take a look into the site, please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

    We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

    You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    Hi Saidi,

    thank you for the link!

    The service seems to be connected properly; I have not found it listed in Chafik's Work Hours in Amelia > Employees, so I added it. However, as this has not changed anything, I have escalated the matter to our level 2 support.

    They will troubleshoot and contact you back as soon as possible.
