In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

I would like to know how to set a service that can be booked according to the available spots, but must be recurrent for a number of weeks. Say the customer defines the first appointment, but by definition, the next 5 weeks will also be booked automatically to complete a 5-week service

Unfortunately this is not possible for appointments but we can recommend using events, since you can add multiple dates for the event and once the customer books he will be booked for all dates automatically.
