I'd like to know if a feature is available:
I need to add several services that use the same equipment for example an special chair, so it can be only booked 1 at a time.. let's say they are 5 services taht need that chair so would like to know if its possible that if the chair is already being used (by anyone that booked a service that need it) the toher services can be unable to book until its unused... hope it makes sence...

Thank you for reaching out to us.
At the moment it's not possible to control inventory in Amelia, but there's a workaround: if you add these chairs as Employees in Amelia, then it will be possible to avoid overbooking.
However, then you won't be able to assign real Employees to these Services, therefore I'm not sure if this workaround can suit your business. Most companies who use this workaround have rental businesses or only one or two employees, so they don't need their employees to be assigned to the bookings.

When you have questions or issues which are not related to the title of the active ticket, please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily. Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.

Please write to us in the new ticket you question but with a little more detail. On what panel do you mean? Customer or employee? What question about WooCommerce you have? Your account question we didn't quite get.
Also if you have already bought an Amelia license please write to us in the Amelia category not in a repurchase category so that your question can go to the right sector to the right agents, and so that you can get the best possible answers.
