let’s say I have a salon and the length for the Appt slot for Men’s hair cut is 30 minutes. Can I adjust an already made Appt to be 15 minutes for that single Appt?

At the moment, service duration is fixed, so once you set the appointments for that particular service to be 30 minutes, all slots will be 30 minutes; if you change duration it will change for all slots.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page. Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
